Novers House is a refurbishment project converting a warehouse and offices into 16 flats.
Greengauge worked with the client and BCO to agree a suitable thermal performance requirement and advise the client and architect on how to achieve those. We were also able to overcome the complex challenge of ensuring each flat had enough day light.
